Casa Eos
In the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Sperlonga, Casa Eos carries a story that began in 1989, when my grandparents discovered the apartment through Italian friends and immediately fell in love with the town’s history, charm and timeless Mediterranean atmosphere. Since then, the apartment has been part of our family for generations. I spent my childhood summers here, surrounded by the sea, the whitewashed alleys and the unique rhythm of life in Sperlonga.
Continuing the Story
Years later, I was given the opportunity to purchase Casa Eos from my family and continue its story as both a personal retreat and a place to share with others. The apartment was originally built and furnished with high-quality materials and thoughtful details, especially in the kitchen, which deserved to be preserved. During the renovation, surfaces and original elements were carefully restored while respecting the character of the home. The bathroom was completely renovated, while the rest of the apartment was refreshed with a balance of modern comfort, history and a touch of authentic patina.
Casa Eos holds a deep emotional connection for me. Countless memories, family stories, long summer evenings and moments from different generations still live within these walls. More than just an apartment, it is a place filled with history, warmth and personal meaning.
Welcome to Casa Eos
Today, Casa Eos is my second home and is also available for guests throughout the year. During the summer season, from May to September, rentals are managed locally by Case Vacanze, helping guests enjoy an authentic and seamless stay in Sperlonga.
